Had an invoice for renewal fees with 1&1 a few days ago. Fortunately I looked through the invoice and near the bottom were about six domains renewed at £2.99, instead of the normal £1.99. E-mailed 1&1 and they have apologised for the mistake and are crediting back the difference.
