123-Reg account transfer?

I've bought a name that was already on the 123-REG Tag. I want to get it on my 123-REG account. How? Their transfer pages don't seem to allow for this scenario. I try to transfer to my account but as the domain is already on their Tag it won't accept the request.

Aint there a link called

"Internal domain transfers"

click on this follow the instructions - i think its a "push" so the previous owner might have to push it to you
