123-reg.co.uk problems. Is there a rep here or does anyone have a contact?

I transferred a name to them the other day and for whatever reason it wasn't transferred to my account as it should have been.

Their support has been absolutely USELESS, six days and several emails later the domain is still not in my account. Does anyone here have a half competent contact there? If so, can you please bring this thread to their attention of give me their email address.

Their support service is down, I am also waiting to contact them about a transfer, you know usually it takes time to do it manually, got to your transfer page and click retry, that usually does the trick for me.

Unless it was previously owned by a 123-reg member, then you have to e-mail them. I will pm you an e-mail.
