Just bought a NN.org.uk it's now over to me at nominet, changed tag to 123-REG and submitted the usual support ticket to ask to shift the domain over to my CP manually as their CP doesn't allow 2 characters for endusers.

Done this a few times before with other 2 character domains with 123-reg but got a reply back "sorry no can do and we have never done this for you before"

They clearly have as I have 2 others in my account. Anyone had the same issue or got any comments?

After a few emails back and forth i get this below ! Are they having a laugh, the domains in my company name the 123-reg account is in my company name and i spend money with them every week so why the big deal?

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting 123-reg on the 13th May 2009.

Can you please ensure you send us a copy of your bank statement in the name of xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx Ltd, in order for us to transfer this domain into your account.

Can you please state your account user name and domain and reason for fax on your document.

Not happy 123-reg

I've asked to be called by a team leader and refused to fax my business statements through to them.

Never had top do this for any domain before in my life why do it for this one?

No call, no reply, no domain in my CP :x

In the end faxed a business statement to them and hope they will add it now!

Just requested them to remove some .eu domains which are due to expire in June and got this reply.

You can request the deletion of your top level domain names by faxing a request to OpenSRS Compliance department at +1 416 531 2516. The request should include the wish to delete the domain, and be signed with Photo ID. Compliance will then follow up by email with the admin contact of the domain name to confirm the wish to have the domain deleted.

Next email back from them they will want a mouth swab, blood and hair sample and visit my local cop shop.

I only asked to remove them from my control panel in 123 to tidy it up.
