2 character domain names

What are peoples thoughts on 2 character domain names on org.uk? Much point in registering one with a view to selling at some point.

LL are worth bothering with and maybe NN but NLs like 4j.org.uk not so much worth bothering with, the only combinations I would bother with are like A1.org.uk

I've got loads and have never sold one to an end user. Definitely a long term investment if anything.
