Wanted: Domain Appraisal 2 domains stuck on what to do.

Hello, Long story short.

I live in Preston and bought two retail park domains as nobody had reg them.

capitalcenter and deepdaleretailpark both on the .co.uk

If you not from the area you can find some info here what somebody has set up.

The problem is the deepdale one as they have called it deepdale shopping park but everybody knows it as retail.

I did run storeburst over the last 6 months it did make money, but I'm stuck with what I should do with them.

Seems the other name isn't an exact match either as you have bought capitalcenter rather than capitolcentre.

Given the use of the "a" and the US spelling I wonder if you would do better to try and find a financial use for that name rather than focus on the retail park?

If they're the names of shopping centres / retail parks then you will have issues regarding interlectual property rights and could get a DRS case so in that view they're not even worth the reg fee.
