So when I buy/sell two domains from the same person/company Nominet charges £35.25 twice.

I can jsut imagine they are programmed to read the name of the buyer and check it against the letterhead. If it matches that is a pass.
same with the seller.

Then bless them, they do it all over again for the second domain!

If they don't then why do they charge me the same for the second one.

£60 plus VAT and £70.50 are one and the same.

If you're not VAT registered then the whole lot is your burden.
