$200 - Looking to buy web sites.

Hope this works because I've spent a lot of time going through forums lately and my head is spinning ,

Interested in developed sites with
traffic of 50+ unique visitors/day
search engine inclusion (Yahoo, Google, MSN, the majors...)
PR 2/3+ ,
revenue (preferred, but not required).
Domain must be included in price and registered for at least 5 months

Traffic and revenue screenshots are very helpful as well.

If I like the site, I'll buy it without delay, but need a reasonable price.

I have a purchase limit of $200/site because I want to buy several.

PS. Not required, but I like hosting review/directory sites

Suggest you look at your budget as anyone with a site that fulfils your requirements would be stupid to sell for $200 as they can easily make that in a year (or shorter) through adsense/affiliate stuff.
