I think it would take more detail and context to form a clear opinion on this. Grounds for DRS appear to be slim, if the company is small and not well known.
Have you checked their claim that Google searches might confuse their customers? If that is not obviously true, they are probably just testing your response. Confusion before release of .uk would be more likely.
