3D Printing and Printers

Has anyone got a 3D printer? It's on my list for fathers day and can think of loads of things I'd like to print out!

I haven't but my father and a friend both have one. They have loads of fun with them. They've come down in price a lot now and the plastic is cheap. I'll probably be getting one this year even though I have no real use for it

I can see so much use for them in our household that it seems like a no brainer!

https://www.thingiverse.com/ looks like an immense resource of already designed products too which should keep me busy until I need to design something bespoke!
