Do you host your own mail server? Is your IP static? What your IP resolves to?

This is mostly a problem when hosting your own mailserver. cPanel hosting by default puts all records to resolve to your domain. Meanwhile sometimes it might resolve to your ISP. Not all servers check reverse DNS entry, known to do that are AOL and Yahoo.

i host my emails at globalgold.co.uk so ive sent them an email to ask why am i getting this error.

Most likely the server the emails are coming from dont have rDNS set up or the mail server recieveing the mail is being extra picky and wanting the rDNS record to be something like xxxx.yourdom.co.uk when the reverse dns record is like mail.globalgold.co.uk.
Either way there is nothing you can do other than talk to your host.
