let's say a domain is offered to you for £300k, but actually the domain already has an offer from an end-user which is £60k more, but since owner won't get paid until at least end of the year or in 12 months, he's willing someone to get a big chunk of the money by selling early. If money is not a problem, would you take it? Why and why not?
facts from owner:
1. domain contains name of company Y.
question: what if buyer files a URDP case?
answer: it's a big company, they could have contemplated about it before they made the offer. which leads to no. 2...
2. owner was flown to a place to meet the buyer and during the brief meeting, was given the offer (owner has plane tickets as proof)...
3. domain is to be used on a huge project involving millions of dollars; a master plan is expected to be finished end of this year as required by the local authority.
