It isn't a regional event, this is one of the big annual London events that are held every year. The smaller events around the country are the regional ones. I'll be attending.

Would be great if there was an AcornDomains gathering. Would be nice to discuss domains rather than affiliate marketing for a change.

It has been suggested a few times but its hard to get people to get time off work / school / playgroup etc.

I have a marketing budget from a company I am working for, PrimeQ, that I could possibly use to invest in a mini-gathering.

Who are the best figures to contact to arrange an informal get2gether for people on these forums? (Don't want to tread on anybody's toes

)

I can try to set something up in either London or Leeds/Manchester, whatever people prefer.

If there is an Acorn gathering in the Leeds area i'd be there but I seriously CBA with London. Why doesn't someone take the responsibility away from Admin and sort it out? (With his permission of course)

You'd have to find a mid location to suit all, so would have to be at least a saturday night hotel stay. Admins permission isn't the hard one to get i'm sure. But my missus on the other hand..................!
Perhaps if we could get everyone to post their location we could gauge a fair location and then see what interest there is.
I'll start a thread in Forum news and feedback.
