Nope, didn't think they were allowed according to the DL terms?!?!

Being a thick twonk I brought one from DL a couple of years ago and then resold it on DL a year or so later. Never knew there was a rule against it.

I was Buyer 1 and have been kicking myself for forgetting when the auction was due to end.

Didn't even see it was a typo!

From DL rules:
Kindly note that we do not accept famous people`s names, typos, most misspellings and obvious TM domains.

I emailed Denys about it a couple of days ago and his reply was that:
  • It was an unmoderated submission
  • There is a distinction between typos and misspellings (which he believes may have value - I would disagree in almost all cases)
  • Bidders realise what they are bidding for
  • It isn't necessary to be a nanny

Denys needs to check things more thoroughly. I recently 'sold' 3 LLL.co.uk domains there - two people haven't paid yet after 14 days - bounced emails; bad telephone numbers - very frustrating. The condescending attitude if you have the effrontery to complain is also always a pisser.

Edit: That should be 21 days, not 14 according to DL rules. Too long IMHO.
