got mine for the office - ended up downgrading to 0.5 to try and stop the connection dropping out. This is all after a 6 wk wait while they "upgrade" the exchange.

BT to Bulldog but dont want some catastrophe where

yeah got 4mb bulldog. It is working currently but i dont think we could have the 4mb (something they worked out after the installation) seems our exchange wont handle it. the connection would drop quite frequently. I dunno if 4mb is worth it - you still got the same upload speeds

BT are currently doing free upgrades i know someone who moaned and went from 0.5 to 2mb instantly.

with the bulldog install they cancel your BT contract so i think you have to pay to be reconnected etc

thats just my experience - personally i wouldn't but they're all as bad as each other

whats the phrase (if it works dont try and fix it?)

Thanks and noted. Hmm but late for me since ive just paid
my £1.18 fee ancd signed up so will take the gamble
I guess. I tried for the 2mb from BT but they said they
didnt know when.
