_co_uk Adsense site, Cooking, £1000 last month

[scrizzle]

Hi everyone, I have a website in the cooking niche for sale. Let me give you some stats about the website.

over the passed 12 months it has earned over £4000.
It earned £900 last month from adsense ALONE.
6000 email list (aweber) - 70+ sign ups a day
the traffic is organic.
number 1 on google for its search term.

The site could be making more with affiliates, but that isnt my strong point.

I have everything, traffic stats and revenue stats. So if you're interested, please send me an email at [email protected].

Also, there is a publishing deal lined up with this. Publish a cookbook (few times a year) for the iPad, Kindle, Nook, and Sony Reader. This is a good way to increase the sites revenue.

I've had lot of interest. But I'm only looking for serious buyers only. Please do not waste both our times. I'm not looking for guys who just want to look at the stats, seriously buyers only!

Reason for sale: I need the funds to pump into a new venture!

Thanks

Can you give an indication of asking price to help work out if it's worth emailing?

Making £1000 per month, quite a site in a cooking niche, if you PM me your price range and the site details it will be considered seriously, and I will get back to you within 48 hours
