Ah, and no. I am actually selling this domain. Its not the 25th yet! I'm female buddhist, and dislike promoting adult content.

As far as I am aware, that is what is needed at this time. And if you know more about 25th July, or would care to specify, then I probably would have taken the time to find out or help/answer your question. Currently there is not enough protection for minors from adult sites, and anyone can view adult media without official ID. Obviously there are services like Age Checked, and our usage of internet is somewhat monitored. I foresee many restrictions in the future, not just including adult, but credit checks and affordability.
