Was on the cardslast week but ok now, however made me start thinking. What's the best advice you can give to deal with part time hobbie business assetts?

I've built it myself 100% with my own personal money. No help at all

if I split up would she be entitle to 50%?

wrap her in chicken wire and throw her in the nearest river,it will be years before she is spotted.....seriously though you could set up a offshoot company and push all your domains there ,unless she is clued up on domaining then you could give them too me and then i could sell them back to you when the coast is clear...

if you have kids mate your in for a hammering.

as a great philosopher once said(MC hammer)

"it's hammer time"

As far as I'm aware yes - Whats yours is hers and whats hers is hers

When it comes to negotiating, it's give and take. Identify what is important to her, then bargain the two so each party gets full title to what they want.

I guess the best advice would be that should you decide to split, to do it amicably - The least time and money you spend on lawyers, the better off both of you will be. I would also try not to hide anything with regards to any business interests, hobbies or otherwise. She is obviously aware of your "domain" interests, however probably unaware of the value, so use that to your advantage.

If you try to hide assets (and this goes for both parties) and it is discovered by the other party's lawyer, then be prepared for some headaches and hard negotiations.
