Advice from Wordpress SEO experts?

I am using th All In One SEO Pack and I was wondering.... I have the option to add keywords to my post, do I add the same keywords that are in my post or can I add new keywords?

Also should I build up backlinks before submitting to Google. Any other advice would be great.

Different keywords are best (don't put too much effort into meta tags, but put it into The title & description tag).

Don't bother submitting to Google, by the time you have one or two backlinks (reasonable quality) they will have indexed your site.

I agree with WW here...Try concentrating on different set of keywords.. and make sure you use unique titles and descriptions for every individual page.

Yes if you have the opportunity to use different keywords than avail it and aslo use keywords in title.
