To merge all of the accounts into one the registrant has to be exactly the same.

If they are only slightly different e.g. "My Company Ltd", "My Company Ltd." then you can go into the relevant account, alter the registrant and specify something like "Adding full stop to consolidate accounts" as the reason and Nominet will process it pretty quickly... but...

Be careful. If Nominet notice that the registrant has been dissolved they may cancel the domains...

It might be safer to just initiate multiple registrant transfers to a new account and pay the fees.

If the registrants are all the same, go into Account - Merge Accounts and you will be able to see the accounts available to merge into the one you are currently logged into.

Put all the domains in one account if possible and then do a bulk registrant transfer to your email address, then transfer them to yourself and into your regular Nominet account.

If you act on behalf of the company after it has ceased trading you are breaking the law.

Be very careful because if you have enemies etc and they grass you up to someone you could be in trouble, so whilst the advice in this section may get you the names transferred. I would give great thought to deleting this thread asap.
