I have a well known name which is what I would call generic but I have a DRS from a large firm. In fact the firm and their lawyers trawl this site. Does anyone have any advice. They have the trademark in the UK, but after my original registration.

I regged in good faith. Does anyone have any suggestions?

On what basis are they arguing that your registration is abusive?

Thanks for the help

I have another 'letter' this time asking for money towards legal costs! It gets worse!

Generic

Have you carried out any act that would be abusive under the DRS?

If no, maybe they don't think the name is as generic as you think?
