Adwords campaign management companies, who do they think they are?

I had a phone call thismorning... A guy asked to speak to the "decision maker", so I asked him what he was calling about... He said he was from a company that deals with adwords campaigns and that he could save me money on my adwords advertising, reduce click fraud, and reduce unwanted clicks...

I asked him... "How did you get my number"

He replied... " I clicked on your adwords ad"

Ouch. Hope it wasn't a £5 click!

I have noticed one or two people using Adwords (not many) putting their phone numbers in. Must save on click charges then, and I don't think Google have anything in the rules that prevent this.
