I get these all the time, but they always say 'for new accounts only', so they're not much use!
Just set up a new account for each one and then when it runs out move your campaigns to your regular account

I haven't set up an Adwords account, and when I was using the Keywords tool recently it told me to stop - my Google log-in was not enough, I needed an Adwords account. So I can understand that going in on a new name will allow anyone to use a coupon.
