AdWords voucher - best way to use it?

I've been given a £75 Adwords voucher. What's the best way to use it for SEO?

Just set up a new account for each one and then when it runs out move your campaigns to your regular account

I haven't set up an Adwords account, and when I was using the Keywords tool recently it told me to stop - my Google log-in was not enough, I needed an Adwords account. So I can understand that going in on a new name will allow anyone to use a coupon.

That does not answer my question.
What is the best way to use the coupon for SEO?
