I recently joined an affiliate programme and the cookies appear not to work.

I have re-directed my site to theirs but after after my BID number (personal affiliate ID) appears a ''/'' 'slash.'

This slash does not appear in my control panel!!!

THIS IS THEIR RESPONSE::

''You can check yourself the code displayed on ??????????.net - it has a
slash after the BID Number.
It might be something in your system (difficult to say from distance), but
the fact is that we done a cookie test and this slash should be removed in
order the cookie to be counted.
Please check it again and let us know''

HOW DO I REMOVE THIS SLASH????

what affiliate program is it?

i would have thought that the 'slash' is part of the URL and will be ignored when the ID is parsed out.

what is the code you are using to do your redirection?

PS: its 'advice' not 'advise'

I would tend to agree, the slash should not make any difference, but we need a bit more information.

P.S.

It should be "it's" not "its" (sorry couldn't resist!)
