Finally got round to voting

What are the general thoughts on the 3 directors re-elections? Is this a box ticking exercise or is there good reason to vote no?

I know what you mean.... I would have liked to have seen some kind of election statement from them.

Just because someone has an amazing CV doesn't mean they know anything about the issues facing the company - an election statement highlights this.

Ok my CV is not even in the same league, but at least i've tried to write 500 words on what I think Nominet should be.

I guess by not putting anything, the board will assume people will vote with them regardless, give people a choice and they ask dumb questions
