Looking to move on a geo-niche authority site I built up but don't have the time even with the best intentions.

AldeburghGuide[.co.uk] is a fully built out, clean WordPress site focusing on Aldeburgh, Suffolk, arguably one of the most affluent, high-spending coastal holiday destinations in the UK. But it is not entirely finished, mainly down to time.

Traffic & Monetsation:

• Revenue: None (Current setup has zero display ads or direct sponsors).
• Traffic: Solid, highly targeted organic UK traffic. It pulls in tourists, weekenders, and holiday planners searching for local intent keywords (parking guides, dog-friendly spots, eating out, walks).
• Affiliate Activity: Even without pushing it hard, the site gets plenty of active click-throughs via Awin (cottage rentals, hotels, local bookings). The user intent is there; it just needs a buyer to optimise the conversion funnel or flip on display ads.

The Tech & Content:

• Standard WordPress build. Clean, lightweight layout, easy to manage.
• Fully indexed content library of localized guide articles.
• Clean URL structure and solid on-page SEO foundation already in place.
