Already built a site and wish to sell your tech

We have a load of sites to use and developers who can keep stuff running, so rather than building from scratch soem tech I thought why not buy it from some people who have already built it.

Obviously this allows me to launch sites faster and cheaper , whilst allowing people who build the tech to be paid some cash for something they already have.

Have you checked on Flippa? There are established sites there that are sold for less price.

I am also interested in just buying the tech, so if you have some tech on a site and you wish to keep the site then that's ok. I just want the tech to put on my own sites.

Effectively you get some cash for stuff you have already built and don't loose your site.
