Whats the general concensus on these domains? Do they offer the same seo benefits as .co.uk/.com etc?

Not looking to buy to sell, just to develop affiliate sites on etc.

You are actually just buying a subdomain.

Renewal rates can be very expensive.

I would say most domainers prefer to stick to .co.uk/.com.

Look at domain resell rates and that will tell you how they are regarded.

In my view they are unprofessional and totally overpriced. Given the choice always go for .co.uk
