As far as I know she will be 'Queen Consort' when William becomes King. She won't ever get the title 'Queen Regnant' even if William died as that will go down the bloodline.

Of course William isn't next in line to the throne though, so the pair are more likely to inherit Prince/Princess of Wales titles first though if Charles becomes King.

Correct. IRC part of the oath is that she creates a child to help build the future of the royal family.

She is now officially called Her Royal Highness Princess William Arthur Philip Louis, Duchess of Cambridge, Countess of Strathearn, Baroness Carrickfergus, Master of Arts.

Additionally she cannot be called Princess Kate as traditionally to be called a Princess it has to be done at birth (through her own right) and not through marriage i.e Princess Anne was born a Princess (daughter of the Queen), thus adopting the title Princess Anne not Anne Elizabeth Alice Louise.
