Hi people, I own the domain autoraffle.co.uk. I have seen a lot of people on the car facebook groups raffling there cars, this seems to be getting quite popular, but seen a few people get scammed and not receive the car they won. So my idea is to setup a safe platform to allow people to win cars on a raffle.
I have read the laws on raffles, and they can only be run in support of good causes, not for private or commercial gain. So my plan would be to do to donate all profits to a charity. Do you think any main dealers would let me put cars for raffle on the website? An is there anyway that I could make money with it? Or is it just a bad idea lol
