My first click through!:p

Now what to spend that 3p on?

yeah imagine you can retire if you can get 273 domains earning 0.3p a day on a liveable income of £30000 a year

(is that right?? - why aint i getting that! :D)
good luck and congrats

273 x .3p is just under 300GBP a year. You need to average .8p per domain per year to break even on the registration costs alone. But don't let me put you off, my bunch of no-hopers do better than break even parked at NameDrive, and a couple I have published with some content do slightly better for Google Adsense and PPC.

Good luck

Chris

That would be .8p per day, not per year...

Poetic justice. I correct an error in a sum and put one in my answer. As pointed out... .8p per day ! Perhaps I should visit compustaff.co.uk

13p now, down to Ferrari first thing tommorrow to place an order

BTW, what links pay 10p?
is there a list of what type pays how much?

ok i have 3800 virgin names 2000 developed for customers and myself
300 sites getting build just now for content want to use banner or affalite links and want think have 500 plus in sedo doing nothing and i mean nothing as put them there until i develop them who would you use for thie breakdowns
as want to spread them across different and have 1000 lying dead doing nothing.

Setting up profitable affiliate sites is hard work and to be honest I dont see the point in having 100's of affiliate sites let alone 1000's. Everything can be done from one central domain like any large shopping site Dealtime, Kelkoo, eBay, Amazon etc..

Anyone who parks a domain surely does so because its quick and easy, anyone who wanted to make *real* money from a domain would develop it.. unless you have a large team I dont see how anyone can develop that many quality sites. And if you did the staff cost would cripple it.

Why not create one donkeys doo dah site and point any domains with typein traffic to relevant pages within your doo dah site.

For me 'football' earns 10p a click, 'room mates' earns 21p a click and 'dating' 13p

.

This sounds ok, but from what ive heard search engines penalise you for pointing 100's domain names to one.

I'm not sure about that one. It depends on the name I guess.

Not if you did it right, done correctly it would be no worse or better then having an affiliate program with sites linking to it.
