Where in WordPress can I add my Google Analytics code?
Isnt there any area somewhere I cut and paste the code?
Cant seem to find it.

The best way to do it is to install a Google analytics plugin, such as this one:

WordPress › Google Analytics for WordPress WordPress Plugins


Others are available though.

It normally does in the Footer php page in your installed template.

but bb99 does give an easy answer.
