After sending a speculative email offering one of my domain names to a truck company I have recieved a reply asking basically what I want for the domain.

The domain is budgettruckparts.com and the company who have contacted me are hgvdirect.co.uk

Is the best course of action to ask for the price I want or start with an inflated price with the intention of being able to make a deal at a lower price?

Has anyone got any ideas of how much they think I should start at and the appropraite course of action

Thanks in advance for any tips or advice.

Cheers,

Paul

Me personally I don't think the domain is that great and would pay the below.

Build the site up as a website with content, mentioning every make model part etc.

Get it ranked really well organically with Google searches then go back to them and 4 others showing Stats for Google searches.. that way you can start a bit of bidding maybe but will increase the amount you can ask for x10.

Even if you start a blog and write each about a different trucks or parts.

So as it is £50 ..........or do the above £500 +

Need any tips or help pm or shout.
