Any Facebook Experts Here?

I have a client with a single Facebook business page, but multiple locations for their business. A bit of digging found the "request Locations Access" page at https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/911181838969039, but Facebook came back almost immediately and denied it, with the message "We're unable to approve your request to access Locations. Facebook Locations are for businesses with multiple locations to connect and manage their stores on Facebook."

Anybody had any success with multiple locations on a FB business page in the UK?

Is the page listed as a business or something else like a community ? Many of the old pages naturally got put into categories which they do not belong instead of local business pages, much like there are hundreds of businesses currently which are on community pages which does not have the verification options.

other than the above I couldnt help further as ive not personally setup a multi location facebook page before, hopefully that gets you a little further
