.eu’s not popular with many uk domainers (if they list high shouldn’t matter) To sell it think you’ll struggle to find a buyer at reg fee… People forget ppc etc the sites got to be found first...? btw the .org.uk is available to reg but there hard to find enduser for also… If your going to reg new words in non TLD's just to sell then buy ones with a minimum of 50,000 exasts per month if it’s a English word...?
