Any value in .biz?

Are there any buyers of .biz around? I recently came across a domain that would, as a .com be worth in the region of £1-2m, available as a .biz.

Are there buyers around? Does anyone here think them worth investing in?

dont you legally have to have documentation to say your a relevant company to reg these?

Personally i only really deal with .com and .co.uk.

The only time i'd consider anything else would be if it had traffic or good overture with ext, or (after thinking about it!) if i was going to develop a site for myself, i know of a site with a three letter .biz address and even though its obscure its easy to remember.
