I don't want to discuss the exact website here, but here are some details.

This site is approximately 3 months old, with Adsense revenue for June being $142 and Adsense so far for July being $200 so well on target for $250. The site is related to a property / solictitor niche and is well on course to increase traffic levels and income well into the future.
