Anyone recommend any mass email apps?

I'm looking for a mass email windows tool that can send multiple encrypted emails frequently.

I've done a google search for the last couple of hours and can't seem to find anything thats fits the bill.

can anyone suggest any they know or have heard off?

Never seen one, thats why most people have custom made scripts.
