I'd respectfully suggest you need to forget free scripts and invest 6 figures + if you're going to make any inroads into the car insurance market.
I'd also suggest you probably need to bring people with relevant skills on board - web development, design, marketing, pr etc but most crucially business development

BARELY a foundation in this market.
this market is big budget, look at pages 1 to 2949204 they are dominated, going to need money, hand over fist money.
Anything less than money, and all you can hope for is to harvest type in and the dregs from the few search engines which favour emd.
