App development

I have a client who has an app concept that he feels would be a good seller.

This is not something I can do for him, but I thought that it would be worth starting a thread on here to see if anyone with experience and expertise in App development is on AD.

He's looking for any ideas or suggestions on how to get this written, packaged and marketed.
