Personally on .eu I would say it's worth nothing, I see much better generic product domains on .eu FTR everyday.

The German and French words seam to sell better eu but my associate deals with them not sure if he is a better salesman or more persistent than me or I’m just too lazy... think I'll stick to .com and co.uks though....
