The undeveloped resale value is not high I wouldn't have said, but it could earn you a tidy profit if you develop & take the commissions on people booking rooms (which would also give the domain value longer term)

I've not built out any org.uks, but if they perform like .co.uk then you should end up with decent traffic after a month or so.

Active Hotels are good to affiliate with. I see they have plenty hotels listed for Orlando.
