I was thinking it could be a good site for auto insurance rates---but i haven't had a chance to join any sort of affiliate program yet---i thought it was a pretty good name---but then i am still new and learning...

If thats a first reg then well done, I certainly picked much worse when I started.

It's not an obvious one but if you put a well SEOed site on it you should see some return.

car insurance jumps to mind - but my British/American English is screwed though I'm pretty sure this is more of a US term.

I think it's got potential either way. Just need to build a site with it.
Insurance / leasing would probably be your best bet.

Looking at search results it looks as though it's a US term for car loan rates. Unfortunately for the OP, the term does not translate over to the UK, and therefore I regard this as a low value domain. I don't see a big sale here.
