Hi!

I am a music promoter who put on events at a venue in St,Leonards-on-Sea known as the Marina Pavilion. The Council owned property was closed in Dec 03 and then passed onto SEASPACE the regeneration company formed from SEEDA the South East England Development Agency and the East Sussex County Council and Hastings Borough Council. I purchased the domain to create a site to promote the events that took place there. SEASPACE are now in the process of developing the venue and they hope to be open this summer. They contacted me recently stating that they are keen to own the name for their own promotion of the venue.

what do you think?

where do DC Management fit into all of this?
(owners of the .co.uk)

It would be nice to talk to them and sell as a package.

I would suggest using a broker.

DC Management ended their lease in DEC 03 and have nothing more to do with the venue. Could you recommend any good brokers? I know very little about the domain name business, but have been doing some research since the inquiry.

There are quite a few that frequent this board, or dnforums.

I'm sure people here can point you in the right direction.
