Wanted: Domain Appraisal Appraisal on cruise deals

Caught this org.uk name on the drop today:

cruise deals
90,500 exact local searches
301,000 exact global searches
cpc £2.07

Numerous cruise companies and travel agents supply affiliate cruise booking engines, cruise deals provide a good market with plenty of sponsored advertising, it has a nice search volume, and with cruises costing what they do, some good sales commissions to be had for anyone developing a site on the domain, all other tld's are taken, your thoughts on value for domain only?

I'd also be interested in peoples thoughts on this one, I picked up an org.uk today with similar stats.

The only thing I would say is, do you think you can compete with the .co.uk for the serps?

@ Dave, it's the same with any domain name that anyone buys and develops, they all have to try to compete with the domains already at the top of the rankings, this name is no different.

Org.uk's rank just as well as .co.uk's in serps, so I see no reason why this can't do well in the hands of a developer who knows what they're doing and gives a site good related and regularly updated content. The exact keywords of this domain are also good ammunition to rank well in serps for those words, rather than some sites which only have those words in their page titles or the text of their pages and ranking for those.

Always a good sign when the hyphenated version is already taken, nice name for development.

TUI seem to have a nice hold on the travel 'deals' niche, with <villa/ski/late/cruise/sky>deals.co.uk...

I caught AmsterdamHotels/org/uk, 110000 local, 368000 global, 2.76 CPC. Really pleased, it's the first domain I've caught rather than hand registered, hoping to get a quick flip to ease my current financial status, but would love to develop something on it.
