So far in January 14 clicks of which 3 clicked through. i would like to develp rather than sell but would appreciate some guidance of a commercial value.

i expect the value will be in the development.

an end user might pay something for it as a TV show (i think) has made that phrase a little more popular - though i think theirs is "a place in the sun"

to a domain investor not a lot - just my opinion remember

14 hits & 3 Clicks isn't really that much for 22 days, and it has no Overture results, i would imagine the click ppc is around 6-10 cents per click which would amount to about an average of about 50cents per month, so i agree with Charlie, though if a british property developer in spain was interested in buying it to develop himself, i would expect to get around low £xxx
