Well I dont think its ever going to be worth a great deal, unless you get lucky and find someone who really wants it. But seeing as all the other TLD's are free I dont see why anyone would pay a great deal for the .com

Any domain is worth alot more developed, you could quite easily make £80 per month using affiliate links or just developing the site to resell.
