sellmyapartment.co.uk Appraisal

Hi guys,

I have seen the guy selling sellmyhouse.co.uk - I have sellmyapartment.co.uk

I registered this today - any thoughts on what this one could be worth? Obviously I am not expecting it to be anything near what has been discussed for the domain name above....but must be worth more than the £5 it cost me!

for me the word apartment is an americanism, we say flat, so reg fee for me I'm afraid

I don't know about that, Condo totally americanism, however when shopping for a pad in manchester city centre last year, ALL of them including the Hilton/Beetham tower (beetham tower - Google Search) call them Apartments, and they come with a 999 yr lease, where most the others was a 99 yrs lease.

Seems like its a prospect, but not many people buy apartments at the moment, they tend to rent them, so for now maybe reg fee and change, but in a few yrs, who knows.
