It's a lovely place but when you live so close you don't tend to go too often. We're blessed with many such places around here, Bourton, Stow, Moreton... The list goes on....

I also like the Slaughters .. lovely villages.
I'm only 30 - 45 mins away myself

You need to develop it to have any value IMHO.
